Snow day
Chicagoland finally had it's first snow! After numerous days in the 50's, the January we are all familiar with has finally arrived. Sweetpea and I are having a lazy day under the covers watching the winter wonderland swirl around outside :]
Side note: No matter how comfy, cozy, and toasty you are in your pj's, I do not recommend shoveling the driveway in them - I instantly froze. Is it hard for anyone else to get out of their pj's some days?

I always thought it snowed non-stop in Chicago but I've never been so my impression of Chicago is obviously limited. I could picture myself outside in the snow in my pajamas, I'm quite certain it has happened. Cute doggie!

It typically is cold and snowing in January here in Chicago but this year was a fluke until now. I seriously was afraid if it didn't snow soon the world may actually be ending in 2012 haha.

Not at all! I've only gotten out of my pj's this week when I had to run errands or go on a date with the boyfriend. It's nice to have a break now an then :]

ReplyDeletealso, we hardly got snow all winter (northcentral wis) and BAM! in the last 2 days, it's been C-O-L-D and snowy. i love it - but hate it. ahah... and yes, i've gone out in my pj's too and froze instantaneously. lesson, learned!
