A quick apology

Dear ShyScout readers,

I apologize for falling behind in my blogging, my trip really messed up my schedule. For any of you who has emailed me in the past few weeks - I am getting to all of my emails today. I let myself slip too far behind. I love blogging and I appreciate you all for taking the time to read ShyScout, leave sweet comments, and shoot me emails. I am so sorry! I did not intend to brush any of you off in any way. I just got lazy.

I hope we can still be friends, haha, but really!

I am really excited for next month on ShyScout. New things are headed this way and I am excited to share them with you. In the mean time - please bare with me!

xoxo,
Allison

  1. You do not need to be apologizing Allison! Blogs are fun, but you don't owe us anything at all. Real life is more important and sometimes it demands more of us. Hope you aren't feeling overwhelmed too much!

    1. I am so bad with handling stress. Yikes. But I have almost caught up with all of my emails - thank goodness!! I also hate making others upset - hence my constant need to apologize :-/

      Thank you!

  2. We're still friends. NO need for apologies. You have ZERO to be sorry for.
But I understand why you do, because I do it, too. It's kinda hard for us to grasp that there are people we've made connections with that *will* be there for us when we've returned, excited to hear our stories once again. :) So, in short, I know no matter how long of a break you take, I love your blog enough that it will not deter me. I understand that we are all real people with busy schedules outside of these postings.

    1. Haha, phew! Thank you so much though. I feel the same way when others take breaks from their blogs...I get excited for when they get back. I just need to learn to let go a wee bit.

  7. I have fallen behind with my blog too! But just because of all of the fashion shows that I had in the last two weeks... It's like I have to reschedule my life again to fit posting in!

  10. no apologies! i find it hard to catch up after trips.

ps. i find it necessary to share with you that hershey doesn't really smell like chocolate anymore because they stopped most manufacturing there. my closest friend here in PA went to high school in hershey, and she said back when they did make the chocolate there, you would leave school and your car would be covered in cocoa powder!

    1. Glad I am not alone. I am slowly catching up. Thankfully I am caught up with emails so now I only have comments to tackle.

OH NO! That makes me sad :( Haha. Wow. That would have been like growing up with Wonka. At least they still have store tours.
